1st year using a tree saddle and it’s definitely gonna be in my arsenal for the rest of my hunting career. I don’t believe I would have shot this buck if it wasn’t for a saddle, only tree I could get in was a small white birch literally only 6-7 feet off the ground, shot him at 10 yards. Thought I’d share my success with you and thank you for such a awesome tool that I will keep using for years to come!

Best Saddle I have ever used! I have only dabbled with saddle hunting off and on for the last 20 years. I still spend most of my time in a Lone Wolf stand. BUT, I have been hunting with John Tucker (inventor of the Tactisaddle) for the last 25 years. Just wanted to say that I got your saddle promptly after we spoke. It is everything I thought it was going to be….light, easy to use and most importantly comfortable! It may look like it’s not but I sat in it many times so far and for extended periods of time at 20’ and I have had no issues. The best part is the adjustable “rump strap” no other saddle has this wonderful feature and that is what makes it so comfortable and easy to climb with. You can keep the leg straps on and climb the tree unencumbered. Also there is no sliding up your waist once you get settled in. Great design!
